

The fact that it was frozen for over 9 months made me unhappy, second I ordered the advertised Maine lobster and received Canadian one from hours up north not even close to Maine.and lastly the package started to leak while defrosting (not properly sealed )In the meantime the minute I received my package I expressed my questions and worries to the customer service - next day received a nicely put together email saying - I pretty much paid $200 for 9 month old Canadian lobster and I shouldn’t worry about it because it will taste like it was frozen yesterday- with captions CASE CLOSED. Instead received 9 months old frozen Canadian package. I was hoping for freshly frozen Maine lobster meat. I guess it all depends what you look for and what you expect to get. Everyone wants in when we say we are ordering from Get Maine Lobster.

Mark’s company has become a staple in our household and among our friends. You can rely on Mark! As with any live animal seafood orders, sometimes things don’t go as planned and Mark is always there to take care of it and make it right. You have to be sure you can rely on your supplier when it comes to food shipments, especially seafood. A pleasant note always greats us, product is ice cold, and live seafood is top notch. Not once has an order been delayed nor has anything been missing.
