My teachers are also supportive when it comes to my grades. They are quick to reply, the communication is always so friendly, and they try to make connections to form a relationship with their students. My teachers are constantly sending me emails, telling me if I have questions or if I need help with anything to email them or contact them. I am excelling in school and I wouldn't have been able to do it without the staff at Sarasota Virtual. I learn lots of new information every day. They make learning so much easier, and it can be fun. Senior: The teachers are always there if you need to ask questions. Generally, people ask me " can you even make friends in virtual school?" and the answer is YES! Flvs provides us with opportunities to collaborate with other students in our class and join different clubs!. I have attended FLVS for 2 years now and I have teachers from my previous year that still keep in contact with me. They also have the friendliest teachers and staff who always support you and make sure that you have all resources to succeed in your academic journey. I still have 1 more semester to complete with them but I have to say it was by far the best decision. Florida Virtual School gave me autonomy, helped me learn discipline, and gave me an opportunity to raise my grades from D's and F's to A's and B's and raise my GPA from 1.7 to 2.6. The public school system was overwhelming with no support from teachers or staff, having to keep up their strict deadlines, and not helping me retain any information. Senior: Enrolling in Florida Virtual High School saved my highschool career.
